Instant
Ok then. Here's another new piece for the Blue Rain show. I really liked the way this painting came together. It has a more polished surface and paint quality than most of my recent work. I dont know why. It just happened that way.
I usually get my painting ideas when i first wake up in the morning. Then I end up calling models and driving all over the place that day to make the idea come to life. This was one of those experiences. Jendar (the same model from my "subway" painting) will probably never talk to me again after that long long night. But in the end I think it was worth it. I love the feel and tone of this piece.

I saw this work on your facebook avatar, it's great to see how you do your painting with a "step by step".
Great work "teacher" !
I can't stop saying it - YOU ARE AMAZING! You can call me to model anytime day or night! ;) I would love to see the master at work!

You should probably shift your description from "trying to keep up" to "zooming on ahead". Looks like it'll be a great show.

Oh my gosh you are so amazing. AMAZING! I love it, love it, love it. It's so right in so many ways. The shape, the color, the posture, the expression, and of course the technique. Wow.
